Our Planning Objective

The objectives of the overall planning and design concept of the proposed of housing and commercial development are as follows:

(i) To provide a variety of quality housing and socio-economic amenities and facilities which would offer an efficient and livable environment for its population;

(ii) To provide good accessibility within the proposed development as well as to the rest of the satellite town of Tamesna and beyond;

iii) To provide an environment which is conducive and convenient for the resident to conduct business and economic activities; to purcue legitimate pleasures and to enjoy the quality of urban living; and to encourage social interaction among the population;

(iv) To create a residential district that can showcase the quality in planning layout, architectural design and the application of engineering technology and landscaping; and

v) To create a residential and commercial parcel to fulfill the aspiration of the Moroccan Government in order to provide adequate and affordable quality housing for its population.
